• Developed a comprehensive mobile application for a non-profit organization using XAML and C#. This application integrated seamlessly with the organization's internal systems, effectively managing over 200 client interactions, thus enhancing client engagement and operational efficiency.
• Implemented robust RESTful APIs leveraging HTTP methods to efficiently aggregate and synchronize event data from five different campuses. This integration ensured real-time data consistency and streamlined event management processes across the organization.
• Led a dedicated team of three developers throughout the app development lifecycle. My leadership and strategic planning resulted in a successful app deployment that significantly boosted data management efficiency by 25%, enabling the organization to better serve its community and meet its mission objectives.
• Was directly involved in creating two distinct versions of the application, ensuring that each version met the evolving needs of the non-profit organization. The first version focused on foundational features and establishing core functionalities, while the second version introduced advanced capabilities and enhancements based on user feedback and organizational growth.
